A Napoleon man has been sentenced to jail time in connection with a drug trafficking conviction in Henry County Common Pleas Court.  21 year old James Williams of Napoleon pled guilty to Trafficking in Marijuana.  Williams was placed on community control for two years; and was ordered to spend 90 days at CCNO.

43 year old Robert Junk JR. of Napoleon pled guilty to Forgery, and was placed on community control for three years, along with a 60—day jail term.

And 48 year old Michael Pierce of Napoleon pled guilty to Public Indecency.  Pierce must spend 180 days at the regional jail, and he was placed on community control for three years.

Two cases are set for jury trials in Henry County Common Pleas Court:  Richard Myers of Liberty Center is facing a felony charge of Having an Unlawful Interest in a Public Contract in a trial on March 18th.   And 56 year old Timothy Fuller of Malinta is facing a jury trial on April 4th on felony charges of Menacing by Stalking, and for Violating a Protection Order.
