Napoleon council approved the purchase of some vehicles and equipment during their Monday night meeting. A pickup for the electric department was purchased through the state contract; while a truck for the engineering department was bought locally at Snyder Pontiac Buick Cadillac GMC, due to a lower price. Council also authorized the purchase of a mini-excavator, that will be utilized by the water, sewer, and street departments, at a cost estimated at $79,000, with trade in.
