A couple of deadlines are looming for county residents.   The last day to pay the first half 2012 Real Estate Taxes in Henry County without penalty is Wednesday, February 6^th.   Those taxes are due at the Henry County Treasurer’s office.

And the deadline for purchasing dog tags for 2013 is January 31^st in Henry County.   The price is 14-dollars per dog.  But that rate will double after January 31^st, and you will also be subject to a fine and court costs.  All dogs must have a license if they are over three months of age; or they have been in your possession for 30 days.  Dog licenses can be obtained at the Henry County auditor’s office, located on the second floor of the courthouse in Napoleon.
