Through the efforts of their high school health class; Liberty Center schools are trying to attract grant dollars for new salad bars in the cafeteria.  The project was put together in the health classrooms of Mrs. Fruchey and Mrs. Zartman.  There are currently fund-raising activities going on in the Liberty Center district to try and raise the necessary funds to excelerate the awarding of the salad bars.
