A Napoleon man has been arraigned in Municipal Court on a felony charge of Breaking and Entering.  44 year old Jimmy Fonseca of Napoleon had his initial appearance; and was released on GPS, with orders to not leave Henry County, without permission from the court.  Fonseca is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on February 19^th.

And the case against 38 year old Daniel Bettis of Hamilton, Ohio was continued until a later date.  Bettis was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday in Napoleon Municipal Court, facing a felony-1 charge of Rape.
