Sentences were handed down in cases before the Fulton County Common Pleas Court this week.  61 year old Stephen Lester of West Unity was recently convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition, in a crime involving a victim under 13 years of age.  Stephen Lester was placed on community control for 3 years, to complete the sex offenders treatment program, and was not allowed to reside with any juveniles in the house.  A fine of $1,000 was imposed, and Lester was classified as a tier-2 sex offender.  He was also ordered to serve 90 days at CCNO, with work release.

And 37 year old Ryan Nofziger of West Unity pled guilty to Theft, in connection with over $6,000 in products stolen from Bil-Jax in Archbold while he was employed there.  Nofziger was placed on community control for two years, and to make restitution to the company.  He was also ordered to serve 30 days at the regional jail, and to stay away from alcohol.
