A Napoleon woman has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge of Possession of Drugs.  46 year old Amy Downey of Napoleon waived her preliminary hearing in Municipal Court; and was released on bond, with conditions she submit to random drug screenings.  Downey must also check-in with the local probation department.

And in Fulton County, 25 year old Joshua Stacey of Swanton pled guilty to two counts of Sexual Battery.  Stacey was ordered to serve 24 months in prison for each crime, but was allowed to serve the sentence concurrently, or at the same time.  Stacey was classified as a tier-1 sex offender, and must report his address to the sheriff’s office for the next 15 years.
