The Napoleon city income tax department has announced extended hours for the upcoming tax season.  The tax office will be open from 7:30am till 7:30pm, from April 8^th through April 11^th.          The due date for city income tax returns in Napoleon, with payment, is Monday, April 15^th. 

            The tax office will close at its normal time of 4pm on Friday, April 12^th; and on Monday, April 15^th.     These extended hours pertain to the Napoleon income tax department only.

If returning income tax returns by mail, they must be postmarked on or before April 15^th, 2013 to avoid a late fee.  Residents should return and include all W-2’s and appropriate schedules with their return.
