The Fulton County Grand Jury indicted 17 persons this week; after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Scott Haselman.   Some of those indictments include:

32 year old Justin Smith of Wauseon, on two counts of Rape, and 4 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition.  It’s alleged Smith’s crimes involved victims under the age of 13.

30 year old Donald Pierce of Wauseon was indicted on 6 counts of Forgery, and another for Grand Theft.

44 year old Todd Leu of Wauseon was indicted for Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Cocaine.

20 year old Jacob Sloan of Wauseon was indicted for Breaking and Entering.

                        53 year old Richard Aker of Wauseon was indicted to 2 counts of Trafficking in Drugs.

The Fulton County Grand Jury indictments also included 22 year old Anthony Thatcher of Delta for Trafficking Marijuana.

                        38 year old Ryan Gomez of Wauseon was indicted for Assault, Felonious Assault, and Escape; while 34 year old Emily Gomez of Wauseon was indicted for Obstructing Justice.

27 year old Donald Kendall, III of Wauseon was indicted on four counts of Non-support of Dependants.

And 20 year old Shannon Torok of Archbold was indicted for 6 counts of Forgery, and 2 counts of Theft.
