A Napoleon woman has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge of Possession of Drugs. 26 year old Melissa Buckholtz of Napoleon waived her preliminary hearing in the case; and had her bond continued in the case.
In Fulton County Court, 26 year old Hope Garcia of Wauseon pled guilty to Misuse of Credit Cards and Forgery. Garcia was placed on community control for two years; and was ordered to pay a fine of $250. She was also ordered to stay out of bars, and serve 30 days at CCNO.
And 35 year old Keith McCollough of Wauseon pled guilty to Attempted Breaking and Entering. McCollough was placed on community control for two years; and was ordered to serve 180 days at the regional jail. All but 20 days of that jail sentence was suspended; and he was ordered to stay out of bars.
