A Fulton County grand jury has indicted three subjects in connection with crimes alleged in the operation of a grain elevator in the Archbold area. Prosecuting Attorney Scott Haselman released the following information. 55 year old William Fricke of Wauseon, 60 year old Steven Brink of Archbold, and 36 year old Todd Gerig of West Unity were all indicted on charges of Tampering with Evidence, Grand Theft, Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, Falsification, 4 counts of Insolvent Handler not to accept Deposits, and one count of Delayed Price Agreement. The indictment alleges these subjects stole between $7,500 and $150,000, and made false statements with the purpose to commit a theft offense.
The Fulton County Grand Jury indictments also included 25 year old Joshua McJilton of Wauseon for Robbery, and two counts of Breaking and Entering.
26 year old Jessica Richardson of Delta was indicted for Escape.
And 20 year old Brandi Beltz of Wauseon was indicted for Theft.
