Lightning struck twice for a Defiance resident, who won the 1-million dollar top prize in the Ohio Lottery, for the second time. Dwight Bowen took lump-sum payments after winning the Extreme Cash instant game. With taxes taken out, that means his actual winnings are $335,000. The winning ticket was purchased at the Defiance Party Mart on East Second Street, which also receives a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. Bowen also won the 1-million dollar prize four years ago in Defiance.
